Without compromise there is no quality relationship. Compromise is the willingness of all parties in communication to renounce certain of their views in order to obtain a solution that would suit everyone. It is important that all individual views are presented in the communication, that they are analyzed in detail in order to see the advantages and disadvantages, and that the situation (problem) is resolved in the best possible way. Sometimes the parties in communication think that they will need a big compromise, but open communication and consideration of all the facts show that this is not always the case. It is important that no one is at a loss with the solution obtained. In addition, a compromise must not be seen as a willingness for only one side to give up its rights and its ideas and side with the other.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”1147″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]This then represents the relationship between subordinate and superior. There is no equality in such a relationship. It is an expression of power instead of civilized communication.

Compromise in a love affair or marriage is very important. In these cases, compromise should analyze both sides in terms of expression of character, love, connection, or expression of power. There are more and more marriages that are concluded in a hurry. This means that people do not know each other in terms of their needs, habits, health, desire to accept change, giving up a part of life as they lived before, adapting to new conditions, etc. The problem is when children come that more and more couples don’t want to give up their lives because of the baby and still want to spend their time in the same way and with the same intensity not thinking that when a baby is born everything has to adjust to it completely. Adapting to a baby is only in relationships where there is love. In relationships where there is no love, there is no change, adjustment or compromise.

Compromise without love is only a measure of the balance of power.

Compromise in families is very important especially when there are children. By communicating through the compromise of both parents, children learn how to communicate in order to satisfy all parties and to achieve the most positive solution. If children in the parental home learn only the law of force and aggression in problem solving, they will not be able to deal with stress, many life problems as well as aggressive people. In their pattern of behavior, when they grow up, they will always try to achieve everything they want to achieve by the law of force. Such parents set a bad example to their children and such children later have a lot of trouble adapting to the many challenging situations that life brings.

Given the circumstances that are happening in the world, we all need to adapt extremely quickly to new situations. Epidemics, earthquakes, air and environmental pollution, technology with its high radiation, poor quality food, all this affects the constant changes and forces people to change and accept situations that generally do not suit them. Today, when more and more people work from home, a positive relationship and understanding in the family is extremely important. It is extremely important to give some space to individuals (those who have to concentrate on their work), but also to align everything with the needs of children and other family members. The need to adapt quickly to new situations has never been more demanding. That is why it is extremely important that there is harmony, understanding, compromise and love in the family.

Compromise at work among colleagues is essential in order to develop the most acceptable and peaceful environment. This is not easy to achieve due to different characters, different upbringing, different environments in which they grew up, and different financial status that individuals have. When compromising at work, the most important thing is to refrain from aggression, jealous outbursts, gossip and avoidance of people who only care about getting to the top of the ladder as soon as possible. Such people have no love in themself, they do not know understanding and compromise. Nobody likes such people, but because of the need for successful job, everyone tries to learn to be near them without any close connection with them. These people are unhappy and have a sense of inferiority, so they want to gain attention from the environment in a negative way. Compromise among colleagues is essential to get the job done in the best way with as little stress as possible and with maximum impact.

A compromise between business partners is mostly a conflict of forces and interests. The question is who in that conflict can reap the most benefit at the lowest cost. If the partners find a common interest and realize that they can find a compromise regarding all the elements of the business so that all parties derive a certain, acceptable benefit to them, that business relationship can be long-lasting. In a business relationship, the most important thing is that everyone fulfills their obligations on time.

Compromise in people who live love is always for the sake of greater good, for the sake of spiritual growth and understanding of life. Compromise in people who do not know love is always for the sake of realizing their low urges to show power.[/vc_column_text][vc_btn title=”Read more blog articles…” color=”sky” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fglossyenergy.blog%2Fen%2Farchives%2F|”][/vc_column][/vc_row]

Compromise is something that everyone should appreciate and accept in everyday communication.
