In addition, stress can be caused by a strong explosion, accident, sudden danger, fear or loss of a loved one, situation at work, in kindergarten, school, college, permanent poverty, food shortages, life without health care, our presence in the vicinity of violence, torture, etc. Symptoms of stress are usually recognized on the physical body as headache, high blood pressure, chest pain, indigestion, cold and sweaty hands, rapid breathing, rapid heartbeat, dry mouth, and fatigue and insomnia. Psychological symptoms are usually irritability and tension, restlessness, despair, anxiety, depression, feelings of hopelessness, insecurity, anger, hypersensitivity, etc. Behavior is manifested by an increase or decrease in appetite, procrastination, increased smoking and withdrawal in isolation, exhaustion, neglect of physical appearance, and in some cases decreased work capacity.

After experiencing stress, a person can usually have panic attacks for a short or long time. If a person is forced to suffer stress for a long time, then there are psychological and physical, and sometimes mental negative consequences on the body, which means illness.

Everyone experiences stressful situations in their own way, which is why they act differently and last differently depending on the mental strength of the individual.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”1175″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]A person who lives in love and is connected to God finds it easier to overcome that difficult period than one who does not live that way. In any case, with milder forms of stress, it is necessary for the person to find an opportunity and a solution to move away from stressful situations. If that is not possible, he needs to seek help.

The most important thing in all stressful situations is to try to become aware of what happened as soon as possible, because with reasonable thinking and calmness we connect with God and He gives us strength, guidance and a solution on how to accept the situation and learn another life lesson. It should be borne in mind that everything happens for a reason and that everything happens for a higher plan defined by God, which we are not aware of or can understand. This is not about punishment. If it is about the stress that arose as a result of unfortunate events towards our dear ones, this is not about our lives, but theirs, so the whole situation should be understood. A person in such cases must remain strong in order to be able to help a dear person. This is very difficult to understand because our upbringing and our understanding of life and truth is not related to the basic law of God. No one teaches us about him. No one teaches us about endless, creative love in which we should all live happily without stress and negative life events.

Stressful, negative situations happen in life only to direct us to the right path of thinking and behaving or because they are part of the natural process of life (death). We are always in situations where we need to be. These are situations that tell us that we need to change, or change our behavior, our way of thinking, our acceptance of certain life situations, or that teach us not to (unhealthily, selfishly) become attached to a person or job or pet, or we have to change business (company or business), city or even state.

Faith in God is very important because it fills the heart with love, understanding and forgiveness. If a person cannot or does not know how to deal with stress on their own, they should seek help. It is a big problem that health facilities usually prescribe long-term drug therapy to people under stress. Medications inhibit life energy in the body (love) and the body cannot heal on its own. If drug therapy is used, the effect should be closely monitored and, if necessary, the doses and duration of medication should be reduced. At the same time, with this type of therapy, therapy with a psychologist is necessary until the person is stable enough to be able to get involved in life without hindrance. In addition, there are many communities and associations to help people who have experienced a specific type of stress. Such persons should inquire about such communities whether they exist in their environment. The most important thing in all this is to dedicate oneself to meditation and contemplation (deep immersion in thought) with the intercession of God’s help in the peace of one’s own home or if it is not possible to go to empty religious institutions. In addition, there are many different religious communities that are willing to help people under stress. You can always look for and visit them as long as it will bring you release, relaxation, forgiveness and understanding of what you have experienced, and advice on how to deal with a stressful situation.

People under stress have more or less negative energies within them that collide daily with everything around them. That is why it is important to get rid of that negative energy. Negative energy means lack of positive energy, which means lack of love. If a person cleanses his body of negative energy by accepting himself (the stressful situation that happened to him), living in love, and living guided by God, he will no longer encounter stressful situations or, if they appear, will deal with new ones much easier.[/vc_column_text][vc_btn title=”Read more blog articles…” color=”sky” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fglossyenergy.blog%2Fen%2Farchives%2F|”][/vc_column][/vc_row]

Stress is a reaction of the body that occurs when we are under threat or some kind of fear that manifests in the body as need to escape or to fight.
