Depression is the result of not knowing and not wanting to find the truth about ourselves, who we truly are. Depression today is associated with a state of mood, so that nowadays adolescents also suffer from depression, although it most often occurs around the age of forty. Living is getting harder these days. Many obligations and responsibilities are set from an early age. In addition, people are less and less sensitive to other people’s troubles, turn their heads away from their own problems, avoid getting into conflicts even though they are sometimes necessary to make a positive change. People become inert and sluggish. They believe that life is a constant struggle for survival. They look at life only in a way that they earn by working or not working in order to survive. Such a negative attitude towards life creates a great concentration of negative energy. This negative energy accumulates more and more every day, grows more and more and affects all people, and the environment in which such a person is. This is where love disappears and a sense of emptiness is created.

When it comes to depression, depression is considered a disease instead of a state of consciousness. They say that women are more likely to suffer from depression than men. This is because they are more sensitive. Women take to heart many of the problems that are evident in the world today, while it is less common in men. In addition, we should not ignore the fact that we are in a patriarchal time and that men still rule in most leadership positions, whether it is environmental protection, presidents of states or other important functions from the army, food and the like.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column width=”1/3″][vc_single_image image=”897″ img_size=”full”][/vc_column][/vc_row][vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]Men think mostly with reason and many of them are afraid that they will be hurt if they open their heart and therefore go to the other extreme, which is to close their heart and give priority to achieving their own goals in terms of business success. As they close themselves to feelings their ego grows. The stronger the ego, the more distant they are from God and they become ruthless, impulsive, aggressive and selfish. They cease to be sensitive to external influences and are only important to themselves.

Depression occurs in all people who have no love in their lives. Primarily it means self-love. If we have love for ourselves, we will always find a way to overcome all difficulties and we will always find a way out, even from hopeless situations. This is why we believe in God, the greatest creative energy and our Creator. With God’s love, anything is possible and everything is resolved. There are fewer and fewer religious, pious people these days. Religion comes down to going to religious institutions without accepting the deep values of compassion, understanding and love that need to be lived in everyday life. In this way, children are exposed to the negative influence of their parents as well as the negative influence of the media that shapes them into people who do not have much of the positive that they could expect in life when they grow up. Such children at a later age let life flow past them instead of being active in their lives or leading them on their own.

Depression is a consequence of ignorance and lack of presence in one’s own life, which it does not have since there is no connection with God through intuition, through the heart. It is the absence of the desire to find the truth, that is, the absence of the need to find a strong connection with God, which has been present since time immemorial. People who are connected to God cannot be depressed or fall into depression. The only mood they can have given our human weaknesses are expectance, despair, sadness, confusion, tension. These are feelings of relatively short life as they relate to certain situations, problems or events that are always resolved quickly or after a certain period of time.

People who are depressed can be helped by people who have come to know the truth about life, that is, the truth of connection with God. Truth has no limits, because truth is one aspect of God and represents the whole.

All aspects of positive energy, and that is love, always wins, in time the truth will prevail and peace and harmony will return to Earth. The time when this will happen depends on when a person will accept the truth about himself and his existence. God has given us free will by our coming to Earth which is one aspect of His love for us. Regardless of the state of our soul, God has given us enough time to come to know the truth by learning through incarnations.

Depression occurs because a person is seduced by desires and apparent things of a worldly nature. It is an illusion that causes insight into the truth. Look around you and think about what is permanent, what makes you truly happy and content, and what is transient after which short-term satisfaction is followed by emptiness and the need to satisfy again and again to feel happy. After that, you will realize that all material things are transient, but all those that are guided by love remain permanently woven into our souls, because they move not only us but all the people and things around us. Do not be enslaved to worldly things, they turn from the right path. That is why there are more and more depressed people.

Go in the right direction, the direction of truth and it will set you free and bring you to God.[/vc_column_text][vc_btn title=”Read more blog articles…” color=”sky” link=”url:https%3A%2F%2Fglossyenergy.blog%2Fen%2Farchives%2F|”][/vc_column][/vc_row]

Depression is isolation, separation from God.
