Education should be provided to everyone, regardless of their financial status, gender or skin color. In schools, children should not only be educated, but through interaction with peers and teachers to enable the mastery of social norms, socialization, acceptance of hierarchical structure, learning to respect, positive ways of resolving conflicts, ethics and acceptance of diversity.

Schools usually teach events that are part of the history of the country in question and the main impacts of global change. Often, these events are distorted in a way that adapts to the situation in that country in the way that best suits those in power.

Schools should be institutions that provide truth, knowledge and positively guide children towards future occupations that will complement and inspire them. Schools should employ teachers with excellent language skills in spelling, grammar and expression. A psychologist who could understand the child and help him overcome his traumas, belittling, bad relations in the family, in the classroom, with neighbors should definitely work in schools. In addition, there should be a strong connection with the police due to juvenile delinquency in order to approach the injured child in the most painless and humane way and help solve the problem. It is very important to understand that children are a reflection of the situation that happens to them primarily in the parental home.

If the teacher finds that the child is irritable, aggressive, rebellious and distracted, it means that something is wrong in his family, which mainly refers to the parent’s attitude towards the child.

Then the teacher should definitely react, because children cannot get out of an unsatisfactory and bad situation in the family on their own. You need to understand that children are forced to be with their parents. In addition, they are neither strong nor able to stand up for themselves, so the only help they can get in difficult situations is outside the parental home. This means that teachers should not be afraid to report an unhappy child to psychologists or the police.

If the professor does not report an unfortunate, often abused child, this can lead to serious consequences later. On the one hand, it enables the creation of juvenile delinquency, and in the later age of the child, the possibility of serious mental disorders that can manifest themselves in robberies and murders and lead to imprisonment. On the other hand, he creates negative karma for himself because he did not act according to the laws of humanity, understanding and compassion. This means that in this or in some of the future lives you could face the same situation, but in reverse roles.

Given that, unfortunately, there are more and more unhappy and abused children, it is difficult for teachers to deal with this. Often times, if they point to an unhappy child they receive aggressive threats from the child’s parents. As a rule, no one protects teachers, which is not right, because in this way, let me repeat, children suffer. Behind the teacher should be the teachers’ council and the police. If the parent was punished either in writing and / or financially and is kept in a police file, I doubt he would repeat his behavior after receiving warnings.

This means that the state would be committed to quality education and positive guidance of children while protecting their rights. Children would receive a quality education and develop into whole people full of understanding. Then she would realize that it doesn’t matter what jobs they work in, because it’s important that they do the job they love, because everyone appreciates them for who they are. She would understand that all jobs are interconnected, that people can’t do without each other and that everyone is equally important.

For healthy and positive nations, it is necessary to educate and raise happy and positive children. This is possible only with love, understanding, support, proper guidance and compassion.
