Compromise is something that everyone should appreciate and accept in everyday communication. Without compromise there is no quality relationship. Compromise is the willingness of all parties in communication to renounce certain of their views in order to obtain a solution that would suit everyone. It is important that all individual views are presented in the communication, that they are analyzed in detail in order to see the advantages and disadvantages, and that the situation (problem) is resolved in the best possible way. Sometimes the parties in communication think that they will need a big compromise, but open communication and consideration of all the facts show that this is not always the case. It is important that no one is at a loss with the solution obtained. In addition, a compromise must not be seen as a willingness for only one side to give up its rights and its ideas and side with the other.
