In our society, there has been a significant deterioration in behavior in terms of mutual respect over the past twenty years. People have begun to forget that in addition to the fact that parents should raise their children with a lot of love, teachers and professors also have an extremely strong influence, given that children spend 4 to 6 hours a day in schools (educational institutions) and some even longer. In addition, we are losing sight of the fact that teachers and professors have a whole class full of children who are brought up differently, whose social status varies, and who all have different personalities. They don’t need to deal with presumptuous and rude parents on top of everything else, just because these parents won’t acknowledge that they have a poor relationship and that they have been irresponsible while raising their child. Generally, bad parents are those who do not know how to guide and raise their children.
Their children are consequently the loudest and most aggressive, because they receive very little love from their parents. Such parents are also insolent towards teachers and professors, because they do not accept that they have made mistakes in the upbringing of their children, and they therefore try to mitigate their failures at least a little. Such behavior is unacceptable. Parents should have excellent communication with teachers and professors in order to better raise and educate their children. Children today need psychological help not only because of their parents, but also because of aggressive children from their class and school. Children demonstrate how bad their family environment is through their behavior. There should be more psychologists in schools, and more opportunities for foster care (when relatives adopt a child) and adoption, so that children can grow up in a healthy environment and can develop as emotionally healthy people. In most schools today, laziness on the part of students is tolerated, as well as anger and complaints directed at teachers and professors by parents and children. Intolerance and aggression. If parents didn’t know, weren’t able or were simply careless in raising their child to be positive and not aggressive, then they should at the very least allow teachers and professors to try and help their children at least a little. Just as such children should receive psychological help, it is necessary to focus on the parents as well, and ensure they also get the psychological help they require. Such behavior is unacceptable.
Moreover, there are wonderful children and wonderful parents. They suffer in the kinds of situations described above. Teachers and professors also suffer, because instead of focusing on providing the best possible education, they have to expend energy on conversations with aggressive parents, their threats and complaints.
I am not saying all teachers and professors are great. As in any profession, there are those who are bad, substandard and inactive. In these cases, parental involvement in schools is welcome. It is necessary to address the problems found in primary and secondary schools such as various types of pedophilia, as well as insensitive teachers.
How is it possible that children fail grades in the first four grades of elementary school? This is unacceptable! In this way, teachers destroy a child’s will to learn, their self-confidence, they create insecure, uncreative and indecisive children who later grow into problematic young people. Today, unfortunately, more and more teachers from rural areas work in urban areas. This is a significant issue, since they have the wrong accent, they don’t know how to express themselves, some even speak their own local dialect and are unlettered. In elementary schools, it is crucial to have quality staff, in the first four grades at the very least. Substandard educators are unacceptable not only in urban but also in rural areas as they must teach children to speak, write and express themselves properly whether in the city or in the countryside; children must learn the proper, official language of the country.
Today, more and more people in management positions are unlettered. They do not know how to write a single sentence correctly. They do not know the basic rules of the language: for instance, how to use punctuation properly or how to spell. The standard of today’s education system is much lower than it was fifty years ago.
In considering the current situation, which is getting worse both in families and in schools, it becomes obvious that what is missing is a lot of love, a lot of understanding and a lot of communication. Morality and ethics are no longer valued in many families, and these values are therefore not passed on to children. They are exceedingly important in order for children to grow up with healthy attitudes towards other people.
Our society is becoming steadily unhealthier. That is why all parents who love their children should try to raise them to respect first themselves, then others, but to beware of all the negative influences, of which there are more and more. This can only be achieved through good communication and trust. A relationship must be built. Therefore, invest in your relationship and let love guide you in everything.
Emotionally healthy parents usually raise emotionally healthy children. It is not difficult for teachers and professors to guide and support such children, given that parents, teachers and professors focus on the welfare of the child together.
